Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ClubOps OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are between you ("the Club Operator") and Juncture Logic, the provider of ClubOps OS.

2. Description of Service

ClubOps OS is an operations platform for private clubs, providing player CRM, transaction ledger, reconciliation, promotions, compliance reporting, and support ticket management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiers described on our Pricing page.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your encryption password. ClubOps OS cannot recover lost passwords due to zero-trust encryption architecture. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the accuracy of data you enter.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, to transmit malware or harmful code, or to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. The Service is designed for legal private club operations. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClubOps OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juncture Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss (mitigated by zero-trust encryption and user-controlled passwords). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes to pricing require opt-in consent.
