Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new club gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all paid-plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You only enter payment information when you decide to continue after the trial.

2. Subscription Billing

After your trial, you can subscribe to Starter ($99/month or $990/year) or Professional ($199/month or $1,990/year). Annual plans save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your account and all data remain accessible until the end of the current paid billing period. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments.

4. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of a paid subscription (after your free trial), you are eligible for a refund of that period's charge. Contact us at hello@juncturelogic.com to request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

After 14 days of paid service, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as service unavailability or billing errors.

5. Downgrading

You can downgrade from Professional to Starter, or from any paid plan to the Free plan, at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not lose data when downgrading.
