1. Data We Collect

ClubOps OS collects only the data necessary to operate your club: your name, email address, club name, player records, transaction history, and support communications. We do not collect browsing history, device fingerprints, or behavioral analytics beyond anonymous page views. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. ClubOps OS does not receive or store your full credit card number or CVC. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.

3. Zero-Trust Encryption

Your club data is encrypted using your account password as the encryption key before it is stored in our database. Neither ClubOps OS nor its operators can read your encrypted club data. This means: if you lose your password, your data is unrecoverable. We cannot reset it or recover it for you. Keep your password safe.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Data is stored on servers in the United States. We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon verified account deletion, all club data is permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records required by applicable law are retained per legal requirements.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Analytics for anonymous usage measurement (page views, feature usage, no personally identifiable information). No other third parties receive your data. We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or data brokers.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes all data within 30 days. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
